Spring and summer have always been periods of abundance while fall and winter are generally regarded as seasons of lack. There’s a certain tightness that you can feel during this time. Many people experience depression during these months, but those of us who exist at a higher, more spiritual vibration feel this depression more than others.

As Eric explains, prana is less abundant during this time period. It’s still there, but it’s more withdrawn. Animals hibernate, many trees shed their leaves, and there is much less sunlight than there was in the spring and summer months.
