In this 7-part transformational course, Anja will guide you through the wisdom and experiences you need to bask in the unconditional love that resides within your own heart, for a life of enjoyment, freedom, and light-giving purpose.

This course will feature step-by-step teachings and experiential practices with Anja. Module 1: The Nordic Way — Explore a Simpler Path to God to Realize That You’re Always Loved

Humans are so good at complicating things, and we’ve managed to create an unnecessary gap between ourselves and God in our eagerness to be closer to the Divine. In this module, you’ll journey into the incredible capacity of your heart and get to know the true nature of this sacred place: the reign of love — the residence of what Anja calls your “love-being,” which is your truest nature.

This is where your true voice resides, and Anja will show you how to hear the wisdom it brings.

In this module, you’ll delve into these big questions and start to become aligned with who you’re here to be. You’ll also explore the concept of surrendering to the will of God and how to use prayer to enter into a conversation with life.

During this module, you’ll:

  • Discover the truth of who you’re here to be, so you can dare to live your own truth and share your light with the world
  • Relax into the knowing that everything you long for is already yours, so you can let go of your eternal pursuit of something bigger and better
  • Release the layers upon layers of ideas and concepts that are separating you from your own truth and become the shining torch of love that lights up the world
  • Understand why trying to manifest your dreams will often bring you unhappiness instead of fulfillment
  • Learn how to create your own “heart prayer” to set your direction and begin co-creating with God

Module 4: Unlock the Treasures of Your Heart to Access Limitless Love so You Can Invite Yourself Into the Presence of God at Will

We have a tendency to close off parts of our heart in order to protect it, and we need deep reassurance to open up again.

When your heart is open, you see the world in a different light. Seeing yourself, others, and the world around you from the perspective of your heart changes everything!

It’s important to be mindful and respectful of these protective mechanisms… and the process of opening your heart to its full potential has to be gentle and aligned with love.

In this module, you’ll explore the art of opening your heart. You’ll learn four powerful keys that give you direct and deliberate access to your heart and its treasures.

You’ll have the experience of:

  • Diving into 4 different heart openers to discover which one you respond to
  • Actively and deliberately accessing love – whenever you want to
  • Gently softening the armor that protects your heart, making yourself available for love to fully enter your life
  • Understanding the true nature of compassion and how to avoid being depleted when you make yourself available to alleviate the pain of others

Module 5: Embrace Your Fears & Heal the Wounds That Keep You From Receiving Love

This module will take you into an exploration of what might be holding you back from living a heart-based life, and connect you with the powerful presence of your love-being.

Entering a loving relationship with life requires that you receive and befriend your fears, because fear is the number one reason that we reject life’s invitations to unfold our true being. For many of us, giving comes easily and naturally, while receiving is a lot harder.

Anja will guide you in the art of allowing fear to be of service to your unfolding, and you’ll begin healing the wounds that are keeping you from receiving love.

In this session, you’ll:

  • Connect with the majesty of your love-being (your truest nature) to realize how powerful you are
  • Discover why your love-being is the opposite of fear, and why the journey into love is a process of surrender
  • Explore how and why to befriend your fears, so they’ll become helpers instead of obstacles in your life
  • Understand why darkness and light are both on your side, and why you don’t have to fight the darkness or exhaust yourself fearing it
  • Explore the path of surrender, so you can stop fighting the gravitational force of Love

Module 6: Walk the Path of Enjoyment to Fall in Love With Life

The fifth key to unlocking the capacity of your sacred heart is enjoyment. In this session, you’ll learn how to allow yourself to fall in love with life and relish in the abundance of creation.

In many spiritual traditions, enjoyment is dismissed as something that might actually distance you from God. But nothing could be further from the truth.

Enjoyment is a shortcut to gratitude and to recognizing the blessings of your life as it is. In other words, enjoyment enables you to experience the presence of God in everything and the love of God everywhere.

In this module, you’ll:

  • Discover how to open your heart through enjoyment and understand that real abundance is always yours to access
  • Experience sacred love-making with Creation — the fertile ground where abundance arises
  • Understand the power of the sacred sound “ah” and allow it to take you directly into the presence of God

Module 7: Heal Yourself & Others With Love, Acceptance & Spaciousness

Now it’s time to share all the love you’ve discovered throughout this course. In this final module, you’ll learn to access the abundance of God’s love — and pass it on. You’ll discover how to share it with yourself and the world from the limitless source within you.

In this closing session, you’ll:
